The Magic Warble

i love a good fantasy fiction book!
i tend to gravitate towards the young adult or young readers section when i'm looking for a fun, quick read to satisfy my wild imagination.

so when i first heard about "The Magic Warble", i was excited to give it a try and see what new fantasy world i can fall in love with. i'm already about halfway through and really enjoying!
it is a really fun story that pulls you in right away.

"The Magic Warble" is about 12-year-old Kristina Kingsly who has yet to really find her place at her school and among friends. through a special gift from her teacher, she is pulled into a magical world that changes her whole life and essentially shows her her true destiny. :)

the book is about 267 pages long with 1-2 pictures per chapter. it's geared towards middle-grade kids ages 9-13. so technically a kid's book, but i like it all the same :)

just a little bit about the author:
Victoria Simcox was born in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, to an Austrian immigrant mother, and a Dutch immigrant father. She now lives in Western Washington with her husband, Russ and their three children, Toby, Kristina, and William. Her other family members are a Chihuahua, named Pipsy and two cats, named Frodo and Fritz. Besides being an author, Victoria is a home-schooling mother of twelve years and an elementary school art teacher of eleven years. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys managing her two older children's Celtic band. She also loves writing, reading, painting watercolors, hiking, good movies, and just simply hanging out with her family and friends.

today, the author Victoria is giving away 3 copies of  her e-book "The Magic Warble!"
